Founded in 1985, the Paris Musées Association organises exhibitions of Paris and in Paris using its history as a valuable cultural support.

The department "Edition d'objets" of Paris Musées is directed around two main sectors :

• the reproduction and the interpretation of objects presented during temporary exhibitions organised by the city of Paris.
• the edition of objects inspired by the museums' collections often part of the historical patrimony of Paris.

The museums of Paris are fourteen in number, from the famous Musée d'Art Moderne, or the Petit Palais dedicated to collections from the Antiquity to the 20^th century, to smaller museums dedicated to famous artists or writers such as Balzac or Victor Hugo..
