For the Officiel des Musées, Noël PASQUIER has created a completely new line of timeless objects under the "Ripple" banner.

An internationally acclaimed artist, PASQUIER has always had a passion for a wide variety of expression and enquiry; hence this dialogue, this story of a love affair between the artist and his materials, which take on a vibrant quality in his hands. Adding a dream-like quality, he elevates these objects above the ordinary.

PASQUIER has made his mark bringing art to everyday life, so helping us to enjoy our life and times.
The Reader, or the love of reading, evokes all the charm, all the love of reading - exciting, overwhelming. Unlike RODIN's "Thinker", PASQUIER's "Reader" surrenders himself to the pleasure of reading but still makes himself useful as a paperweight on our desk at work or at home or on the kitchen worktop.
