In the "Baoulé" or "Lobi" style, these collections have been inspired by traditional gold decorative items of the West African countries Ghana and the Ivory Coast.

These jewellery have been created by a young African designer from the Ivory Coast, who has taken the riches of the Museum Of African and Oceanian Arts in Paris and those of her native country as her source of inspiration.

The Makeda Collection is named after the Queen of Saba, who was famous for her jewels and precious stones
