Celtic pendant
Original: Attach handle of vase Date bronze: end of
the 5th century B.C

This pendant in metal with antique silver-finish is directly inspired by a design taken from a bronze vase. It is meaning of the age of iron in the region of Low Rhine. The interest of this vase is its form of Etruscan origin.
Thats starts again the debate of the shifts of population and ethnic influence in antiquity. The softness of the realisation and a big decorative imagination is interesting. This design is purely decorative, what shows an interest for the "beautiful" since old times. That shows two animals back with back with the raised right leg posed on a flower with volutes.
